A Fairfield County resident for 2 decades, Rosa has a B.A. from Mercy University. Her strong background in marketing and business development, passion for real estate and knowledge of Fairfield County make her an excellent advisor to buyers and sellers on every transaction.
Rosa fell in love with real estate after buying her first investment property in 2009. She honed her project management and negotiation skills interfacing with buyers, tenants, property managers, lenders, and the various consultants needed to complete each project. She further strengthened her analytical skills in corporate positions working for both large fortune 500 companies as well as non-profits. Her personal and work experience has fully prepared her to guide her clientele throughout the buying and selling process and to help them make the right decision at every step of the way.
Rosa grew up in New York and currently resides in Weston with her husband and 3 children. When she isn't helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies include arts and crafts, reading, watching biographies watching rocket launches and enjoying the beauty of horses.
